Grab and Go Cheesecake

We have to give Dreyers a thumbs up on this one.  Its tasty.  Its fast.  Its ice cream!  What more could you want in a mouthwatering dessert!

Ice cream!

Ingredients

  • Ice Cream
  • Mini mason jars
  • Graham crackers
  • Your favorite fruit

Directions

  • Crush graham crackers and place in the bottom of your mason jar.
  • Add scoops of ice cream to the jar.
  • Top with your favorite fruit.
  • Screw on the lid, place in the freezer and it’s ready to go whenever you are!

    What a fun idea! This would be so cute for a party in the summertime to prepare ahead of time and take out of the freezer right before guests arrive! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
