This fudge is one that will please all of your adult guests. They will oooh and aaah at all the work you preformed when in actuality, it takes very little time.
- 8X8 pan lined with Aluminum
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- Double boiler or 2 pans or microwave
- 3 ½ Cups Chocolate chips
- 1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ¼ Cup RumNuts
Line an 8X8 plan with Aluminum then butter the aluminum. Melt chocolate in a double boiler/microwave/pans until creamy. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and rum. Smooth into pan and sprinkle with nuts. Let rest 4-8 hours on counter or in refrigerator. Refrigerate for 1 hour prior to slicing. Voila
We cut our fudge in very small ½ inch squares. The fudge is very sweet to compensate for the alcohol. Use any type of alcohol you prefer. We used Rum that we had left on the shelf from our summertime fun.
